"The Gold Coast is going to have it's very own cutural precinct! This hub would benefit the practices and exposure of local and international artists, and put the Gold Coast on the global map as a destination for arts and culture. Plans include a bigger art gallery, concert hall, live music venue, artist and performance studios, world movie theatre, science museum, history/cultural library and restaurants and cafes.

This is an exciting progress for our city, and much needed by not only the creative industry, but by the community at large.
